This is a busy role with the purpose of providing support services with a particular focus on Pre-sessional, short course and language development courses. You will be part of a dynamic team supporting some of the most renowned courses within Kingston University, and you must be able to provide exceptional customer service to all our stakeholders. Flexibility, professionalism and a positive approach to continuous improvement is valued within our team and training will be provided where required.

**The Person**:
You will be a team player, yet able to work autonomously and work well under pressure. Our team is proactive and flexible and we work within a culture of continuous improvement, enabling us to embrace change while delivering on business as usual. You should be able to take full ownership of your workload, yet be flexible enough to provide cover for others when required. An eye for detail is crucial as you will be working with important data.

**The Faculty**:
