**About The Role**

**We are currently recruiting for an Office Co-ordinator to work in our Cambridge office.

You will manage a small team of 3 and look after the day to day running of the office which includes Reception, Post and Administration. You will manage general housekeeping, keep on top of repairs & maintenance as well as liaise with the building management. You will also work closely with other managers to ensure Health & Safety & Fire Regulations.

**About You**

**As an Office Co-ordinator you will have**:

- Experience within a professional environment in an administrative or co-ordination role.
- Ideally you will have managed a team or have managed building maintenance and repairs previously.
- Sound knowledge of IT skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams, Zoom, etc.
- The ability to communicate clearly, concisely and accurately
