**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls, both internally and externally
- Making outbound customer calls with updates on deliveries or collections
- Dealing with customer queries from internal and external customers
- Planning collection and delivery routes for our HGV drivers
- Completing administrative tasks for the transport team
- Ensuring that transport is compliant and following the correct processes
**Key Skills**:
- A keen interest in transport planning
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
- A basic understanding of administrative tasks and Microsoft Office: Word/Excel/Outlook
- Reliable team player
- Excellent attention to detail
