**Role Description**

The Program Coordinator will effectively manage and oversee the day-to-day works planning of insulation operatives, ensuring a schedule of programmed work is delivered on time and in a safe and compliant manner.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Management and supervision of the customer / client work call offs.
- To ensure resource capacity matches workload, includes the identification of new operatives and the recruitment advertisement when required.
- The creation of the operative work-lines from the contract file in conjunction with the client call off.
- Liaise with Works Supervisor re. ordering of materials, plant and transport, as required for field resources to undertake their role.
- Liaise with Works Supervisor for the successful management of stock control and the month end material stock take.
- To measure and record work undertaken daily through work-lines. includes the effective questioning of operatives with regards anything that appears out of scope.
- Liaise with clients, site management, inspectors, and planners to ensure our QA inspection for quality of work is relayed to Work Supervisor.
- Build and maintain a working relationship with senior management within LIS, our clients and customers.

**Key Competencies**
- Basic knowledge / experience within the insulation, construction, or sub-contracting industry
- Computer literate - competent with the use of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Confident telephone manner
- Good coordinator and negotiator

**Desired but not essential**
- Site and operative management via SSSTS
- CSCS registration

**Expected Salary**
- Up to £28,000 depending on experience
- 30 days paid holiday inclusive of our statutory days.
