**This is an exclusive opportunity for a PA to provide all personal and lifestyle support to an UHNWI. This is an office-based role. Previous Family Office experience or UHNW support is a bonus. Understanding of the importance of discretion and confidentialityis essential.**

It is a busy role which will require a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Booking of all appointments
- Coordinating calendars, planning meetings and events
- Arranging travel and restaurant bookings
- Lifestyle management
- Luxury shopping
- Handling sensitive documents and personal information

**Key requirements**:

- English and Russian language
- Some of experience as a PA is a bonus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly discreet and confidential
- Excellent organisational skills and logical thinking
- Ability to work independently

**Salary: Dependent on experience
