Reward Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Reward Specialist to join our Compensation & Benefits team based in Crick, Northamptonshire.

Reporting to the Head of Compensation and Benefits, you will be responsible for supporting the business in attracting, retaining and motivating our people with a competitive reward package.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £40,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy 5 additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Supporting the Head of Compensation and Benefits with the annual salary review and management of bonus schemes
- Driving engagement of XPO company benefits, delivering effective benefits communication programs
- Keeping abreast of market changes in the employee benefits space and making recommendations for change
- Project managing compensation and benefits projects
- Managing the annual benefit selection window
- Supporting the business by providing advice and guidance and answering compensation and benefits related queries
- Day-to-day management of XPO’s defined contribution pension schemes, including management of TUPE transfer pensions.

**What you need to succeed at XPO**:

- Experience of working in a compensation, benefits or reward role, at analyst level or above
- Knowledge of employment law and HMRC guidance in relation to benefits
- Understanding of Defined Contribution pension schemes and auto enrolment legislation
- Demonstrable experience of improving processes
- Good Excel skills, especially vlookups/pivot tables and ability to manipulate large data sets
- Ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders
- An appetite to learn quickly and make an impact
