**Job Title**: Personal Debt Adviser

**Salary**: £28,700 plus uncapped commission (OTE £40,000 - £45,000)

We are currently seeking a Personal Debt Adviser to join our growing team in the Quays. You will become part of welcoming, dynamic culture and have the chance to make a real impact.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Work with clients to explore all debt options and implications, providing sound advice and recommendations.
- Board clients, where possible, for a DMP with our organization.
- Respond to client or creditor queries promptly and professionally, utilising all communication mediums.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive case notes and records.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and pass ongoing monthly compliance assessments.
- Collect and load all relevant data and present cases to the accounts department for DMP implementation.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to listen and empathise with clients.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain high standards of professionalism.
