**Purpose of the role**:
Negotiating, testing and optimising deal and campaign performance., Coordinating, testing and refining inclusion in Iceland marketing campaigns and on site exposure.

This role will report into the Affiliate and Partnerships Manager.

**Knowledge**:

- Responsibility the Iceland Rewards programme with the ambition to turn it into a £multi-million revenue stream
- Building new partnerships with brands to secure exclusive offers and promotions that are relevant to the Iceland customer
- Nurturing existing brand partnerships to get as much value as possible
- Coordinating and executing the Iceland rewards trading plan
- Working with internal teams such as marketing, creative and IT to help execute the plan
- Provide regular reporting of performance and plans to senior stakeholders

**Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
- Strong commercial, analytical and numerical skills
- Proven ability to communicate and work collaboratively with staff at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A basic understand of ecommerce and digital marketing
- Excellent presentation skills including the ability to pull together on-brand presentations
- Ability to multi-task and assist with the co-ordination of several projects simultaneously
- Strong project management and time management skills to ensure projects are delivered in an efficient and timely manner
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects to ambitious deadlines
