This role is based in the Projects and solutions delivery team, based in our Hebburn office, you would expect to be in the office for a minimum of 3 days per week, the rest being able to work remotely.

- To provide a high standard of support to Projects and Solutions Delivery Team in delivery

of the Systems Portfolio
- Support the Team on Document control/compilation requirements
- Support the Team with Purchase Order Requestion creation
- Support with coordination of Training and Competence systems
- Document control / configuration management of drawings, documents and technical information for the Team
- Interface on behalf of the Team with internal engineering, procurement and factory support teams on issue &requirements.
- Preparation of documentation packs for internal and external customers.
- Use of Microsoft File Explorer Folder Structures
- Preparation, logging and issue of health and Safety documentation
- Archiving of Completed Project Technical and contractual information
- Contribute towards and be responsible for the successful delivery of Projects, to time, to quality and budget.

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- At least one year experience in an administrative role.
- Worked within the Engineering/Construction/Manufacturing industry would be beneficial.
- Experience of coordination of Training and Competence system would be beneficial.
- Able to deal with customers, colleagues and suppliers in a polite and professional manner.
- Recognises the importance of delivering excellent service.
- Shows commitment and enthusiasm to meet and exceed business needs and expectations.
- Able to manage own time to meet multiple priorities.
- Have a methodical approach to their work.
- A self-starter who has demonstrated the ability to work under the minimum of supervision
- Business Studies or Business Administration qualification is useful but not essential
- MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
