**Head of Strategy (Agency)**

We're a proud recruitment partner to this fantastic boutique creative branding agency that specialise in Fashion, Hospitality & Entertainment.

They focus on all things social media strategy, video content production and brand design and have produced some amazing work and results for their clients in the last 5 + years.

The position of Strategic Head will see you join the SLT and have responsibility for some key areas in the business, including managing a team of 6 strategists and be a leading example to the team when it comes to inspiration, thought-leadership and insights.You'll also be very much involved in the new business process - pitching and getting prospect clients excited about the work, strategic planning and how to push the business forward. Ensuring that all strategies created are consistently interrogated and createthought pieces around the business and the future of their specialist sectors.

We would love to hear from you if you have extensive experience in fashion, lifestyle and entertainment sectors. We'd also need to see significant experience as a strategist from a similar agency such as branding, creative and social media. You will needto demonstrate that you're comfortable with all things around trend research, cultural insights, content creation, campaign development and community management.

Working closely with the Creative Director and wider design team, co-ordinating budgets, timelines and resource alongside the Creative Services Manager, you will also be working closely with the founder on how to market the business of social in more thought-provokingways. Heavily client facing, you'll be expected to develop strong client relationships, presenting ideas internally and externally and have a knack for on-the-spot brainstorming and inspiring others around you.
