Sales and Lettings Branch Manager - Guildford - Salary: Basic £30K OTE £50K+

Location: Guildford

As the Sales and Lettings Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the sales and lettings teams, driving business growth and ensuring that our clients receive an exceptional level of service.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate and manage a team of sales and lettings negotiators, providing guidance, coaching and support to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase business revenue, maximise profitability and build a strong brand presence in the local market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, vendors and business partners to grow the business and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors and opportunities, and make recommendations to the senior management team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, including data protection, health and safety, and financial procedures.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff rotas, client appointments, property viewings and other administrative tasks.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, financial results and operational metrics to the senior management team.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our services and values in the local community and through social media channels.
**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a successful Sales and Lettings Branch Manager in the estate agency industry.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- In-depth knowledge of the property market, including trends, competitors and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Full UK driving licence.
