This is a great opportunity to join a growing Finance team within a fast growing company based in Egham, Surrey.

This role will join as a Finance Administrator and as such will give you a great grounding in processing high volumes of finance documentation both incoming and outgoing to the business, including invoices and post.

The role requires someone who is organised and efficient and enjoys working in a process driven environment with deadlines within a friendly Finance Team.

About the role
- Processing incoming and outgoing post including the collection, scanning and distribution of the post where required.
- Answering phone calls.
- Ordering office stationery.
- Banking - taking cheques to the bank for payment when required.
- Inputting invoices.
- Supporting the Finance Manager and Finance team with other administration duties.

About you:

- Relevant experience in a similar environment is useful.
- Good numeric and analytical skills.
- Organised with the ability to work to deadlines.
- Attention to detail; including data entry skills.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- A flexible team player with the ability to work proactively.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Packages (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A willingness to learn and develop within the team.
- Ability to work independently without regular supervision.
- Reliable, conscientious, and dedicated.
- Educated to A Level standard or have equivalent work experience.
