Experienced Admin/customer Service Assistant

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team and be a face of our family run business, we need a positive impression to keep our customers coming back to use our services time and time again. With a happy disposition who thrives on helping customers.
Good computer/keyboard skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, dealing with customers face to face and on telephone. Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. Ability to prioritise work and use initiative to meet deadlines. Responsibilities include cash and card handling, liaise with workshop, invoicing, ordering parts, providing support to business contracts. You will be joining our current team on our busy service reception, full training will be given on in-house systems. This is a full time 41 hrs per week position. Alternative Saturday mornings are required paid at overtime rate.
**Salary**: £11,300.00-£23,450.00 per year
