**What Are We Looking For**

We’re looking for friendly people to help our customers make claims on their home insurance policies on a Part Time basis. You’ll have great relationship-building skills and share our passion for providing outstanding customer service. You’ll be answering calls and providing advice in a range of situations so you’ll need to be a great listener, adapting your style to get the best outcome for our customers. We’ll provide full training so no previous experience in claims is needed.

**What will You Be Doing?**

You’ll spend your time talking to our customers over the phone about their home insurance claims. You’ll take ownership of a variety of claims from start to finish, putting your problem-solving skills to good use to resolve each one as quickly as possible. You’ll use your initiative to find solutions that work for our customers and our business.

You’ll spend most of your time working from home but will join us in one of our offices twice a week. Helping you achieve a good work-life balance is important to us and we are happy to discuss flexible working opportunities with you. We offer Part Time contracts with Flexible hours such as 9:30 - 14:30 Monday to Friday. Please note that the training will be full time training.

The LV office in Bournemouth is located in Westbourne, It’s a great location surrounded by many nearby parks and walking routes full of natural beauty and is just a 15 minute walk from the beach. Westbourne has its own parade of shops including independent boutiques and household names many of which offer exclusive discounts for LV employees. So, there are lots of options for lunch During our normal operation there is also an onsite cafe for LV employees as well as an LV social room, with pool tables and an area for you to relax. Normally there is a free park and ride available for all employees but at present due to the reduced number of employees in the office there is onsite parking.
