Project Coordinator

We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented **Project Coordinator **with a background in engineering to join one of our very successful clients based in **Woore**

With over 60 years of experience, our client has specialised in supplying, manufacturing, designing, installing, and servicing various types of engineering equipment.

This is a **Full-Time, Permanent** position with excellent progressive opportunities

**What you’ll be doing**
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborating with the Programme Team Leader to schedule and coordinate site works
- Liaising with business and site managers to guarantee site readiness
- Supporting site engineers with necessary equipment and information
- Coordinating with internal departments for smooth project progression
- Producing Operation & Maintenance Manuals
- Maintaining tool calibration and schedules
- Generating reports post-works and producing basic quotations
- Assisting in RAMs preparation and order processing
- Arranging transportation and providing technical support to clients

**Hours**

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (flexible)

**Pay**

£23,300 - £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)

**Skills/Experience Required**
- Proven experience in an administrative / order processing role
- A background in an engineering or manufacturing environment is preferred
- A valid UK driving licence is essential
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
