We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented **Operations Planner / Scheduler **to join one of our prestigious clients based in **Woore**
With over 60 years of experience, our client has specialised in supplying, manufacturing, designing, installing, and servicing various types of engineering equipment.
This is a **Full-Time, Permanent** position with excellent progressive opportunities
**What you’ll be doing**
- Collaborate with the Operations Team Leader to schedule and coordinate site works
- Chase up jobs and request updates
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project progression
- Control production schedules
- Arrange transportation and provide technical support to clients
- Support site engineers with necessary equipment and information required
- Liaise with business and site managers to guarantee site readiness
- Liaise with customers and suppliers
- Keep CRM system updated
- General office tasks such as processing orders, developing manuals, generate reports, quotations etc
**Hours**
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (flexible)
**Pay**
£23,300 - £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)
**Skills/Experience Required**
- Proven experience in working in operations, projects, work planning, scheduling or similar
- A background in engineering or manufacturing is preferred
- A valid UK driving licence is essential
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
