Finance Administrator

Morgan Hunt is recruiting for a Permanent role within the Corporate services, based in London. This Company is paying 25,000 to 27,000. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading Corporate services.

As a Finance Administrator you will be reporting to the Finance team leader, support managers colleagues.

**Main responsibilities of a Finance Administrator**:

- Create folders for supplier invoices
- Chase for supplier invoice approval in line with Solace policy
- Stamp and code supplier invoices for processing on accounting system
- Reconcile supplier statements and request missing invoices/credit notes
- Service user payments
- Provide support to Finance Officers with accounts payable function
- Ensure compliance to agreed standards and procedures for all finance operations
- Working alongside other Finance colleagues and Solace staff
- Adhoc work as needed

**As a Finance Income Administrator, it would be ideal if you have**:

- Qualified by experience with a minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role
- Computer literate with knowledge of using accounting systems, e.g. Quick Books, SAGE, Exchequer
- Word and Excel essential
- A highly motivated, proactive individual with a can do approach to Finance tasks
- An ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast changing economic climate
- An ability to maintain accurate ledgers and information
- To be able to work within demanding time-frames and occasional extra hours if needed
