**Overview**:
Join our holiday dream team We are seeking a conscientious, enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team in the cleaning and maintenance admin department. As a crucial part of our seven-days-a-week operation, you'll play a vital role in supporting our valued guests and owners.

**Annual Salary**:
£9,984 a year

**Working hours**:
8.45am - 5.15pm with 30 mins for lunch. Shifts on a rota basis, to include some weekends, with the opportunity of overtime. Total hours per week: 30 hours a week

Business Administrator Level 3

**Apprenticeship Duration**:
17 Months

**Full Description**:

- Ensure the maintenance of Health and Safety standards
- Coordinate and monitor maintenance tasks, including raising work orders and communicating with cleaning and maintenance providers
- Resolve queries and issues during guests' stay by liaising with guests and owners
- Manage damages and maintenance costs, recouping expenses when necessary
- Handle customer complaints and find appropriate resolutions
- Order, monitor, and pay for gas using the company card
- Check and approve invoices
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders (owners, park staff, guests, and other organisations)
- Research and source new suppliers and contractors as needed
- Support ongoing office administration and project work

The Business Administrator apprenticeship programme is the perfect entry into a professional working environment. It will provide the opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours that are desirable within any business sector, and will also provide foundation skills that can be developed and built on to progress into supervisory roles. The apprenticeship provides an insight into the business environment and influences on it and will lay the foundation knowledge for success.
