**HR Recruitment Coordinator**

Are you an experienced HR coordinator or a customer focused, confident, and driven person who wants to work in a HR recruitment role and be part of our friendly and fast paced HR recruitment team?

**This role is a hybrid, 18-month fixed term, part-time role of 30 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, hours between 9am - 5pm. Our head office is based in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire.**

**What does the role involve?**

You will:

- Provide an excellent administration service to the recruitment team through inbox management by responding to applicant and ad hoc queries, invoice processing, completing all pre-employment checks, occupational health checks and providing accurate data.
- Create digital contracts via an on-boarding system.
- Taking ownership of adding new vacancies to the applicant tracking system and all relevant job boards within agreed timescales and SLA.
- Complete all preemployment checks including obtaining references and DBS clearance along with all relevant occupational health checks
- Maintaining and updating the recruitment tracker for pre-employment checks to ensure that recruitment management information is continually updated and is accurate.
- Be proficient in using Microsoft office.
