**Construction Coordinator (Midlands Team) - (Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire)**:

**Job Introduction**

Working within the Midlands Contracts Team, you are responsible for the delivery of all construction aspects of a contract in line with the relevant procedure manuals; along with supporting other team members to ensure the successful delivery of all contracts assigned to your team. This role is office based however weekly site visits are required.

**Key Responsibilities**

Attend prestart meetings setting out all the requirements to be actioned by the client prior to SMD commencement on site, this will allow our onsite operations to be carried out safely, productively and to the highest of standards.

Produce and maintain H&S documentation for all contracts.

Produce and maintain individual programmes for all contracts.

Organise delivery of decking materials in line with dates advised by the client.

Internally submit weekly labour allocation requests with all required information for labour, skillsets, plant, and drawings.

Set weekly contract targets to site teams and monitor/drive onsite productivity.

Ensure all non-productive events are recorded and communicated to all relevant parties.

Manage communications with the client and site teams ensuring relationships are maintained and that a professional working environment is always upheld.

Ensure daily communications with the site teams regarding progress and that all events onsite are diarised and recorded with appropriate paperwork issued to all relevant parties.

Assist in all problem solving onsite, always ensuring that this is clearly communicated with all relevant parties.

Attend site progress meetings as required and undertake SHEQ audits during all site visits.

Maintain high levels of client satisfaction for all onsite activities.

Assist the Training and Development manager to complete accident investigation and reports if required.

Attend and contribute to internal meetings and deliver agreed actions.

**Qualifications & Experience**

HNC/D or equivalent in a related discipline.

2 years minimum of experience in a construction management related discipline.

Full UK driving license.

CSCS Card

SMSTS (desirable)

Competent with Microsoft Office 365 suite (particularly Outlook, Word, Excel).

Ability to work flexibly as part of a small team.

Organisational and time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people.
