**Head of Talent | Up to £100,000 per annum, plus 22% management bonus scheme and company car**

**Based at our Head Office in Nottinghamshire, this is a hybrid role with office and homeworking. Travel to our village locations in the UK and Ireland will also be required, along with some overnight stays.**

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the direction, development and subsequent delivery of our talent strategy, planning for existing and future needs, with overall responsibility for attracting and retaining top talent and a diverse workforce on a business wide basis.

Working seamlessly with HR Managers and the HR Operations team to ensure a fully linked up approach to talent management, you’ll also be part of the wider People Leadership Group and expected to build a highly effective team that’s capable of adding value through the delivery of business focused solutions.

**ABOUT YOU**

We’re looking for a CIPD qualified HR professional, from a HR generalist or Talent background, with significant and relevant experience in a senior talent role, who can combine the ability to operate at a strategic level alongside a good eye for operational detail. As an excellent team leader and exceptional communicator, used to working at pace across a broad remit and collaborating with internal partners and a variety of stakeholders, we’ll also expect you to demonstrate:

- A thorough knowledge of Resourcing and L&D, coupled with expertise in Leadership Development and a good all-round knowledge of DEI activities
- Direct experience of working in a large business, with a substantial number of colleagues operating in front-line customer focused roles
- The drive, ambition and hands-on experience to successfully lead on the development and delivery of talent solutions in a service-based environment
- Experience of leading and delivering talent projects with positive impact, including experience of implementing inclusive talent development strategies and high potential development programmes
- A proven track record in successfully leading, managing and developing a large team, empowering them to take ownership of their workloads and deliver high performance
