As the Communications Specialist, you will define and tell a compelling story about what change Is needed, why and how it supports business success. You'll manage communication resources collaboratively, to ensure the delivery of change communications.

In this role you'll be responsible for producing engaging and innovative integrated communications which meets business and network requirements.

Overview
- Act as key contact for all key change initiatives and wider business change comms.
- Plan, execute and advise on communication strategy and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Explain impacts on roles and responsibilities, always linking back to our vision, strategy, and values.
- Manage resources (technical and agencies) to deliver communications according to project requirements.
- Oversee, deliver, and measure audience engagement leading to continuous improvement of Communications.
- Use audience insight and data to develop a Communications strategy and approach.
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure project milestones are clearly communicated.
- Ensure that content is regularly reviewed to meet compliance and regulatory requirements

In addition, you should be:

- Extensive experience of B2B/B2C communications.
- Related experience in change communications or similar role preferable.
- Reporting on Communications strategy success, insights and leading practices using metrics and KPIs to inform improvements.
- Proven track record of effective collaboration with teams across the organisation, including strong relationship and stakeholder skills.
- Financial services experience or similar B2B2C business model sector, e.g., Telecoms, Software partnerships.
- Knowledge of CMS, data tools and media channels, digital analytics.
- Deep understanding of Integrated Communications strategies and tactics.
- Graduate degree or equivalent preferred.
- CIM or Digital Marketing qualifications preferred.
