**What You Will Do**:
You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our manufacturing processes during weekend shifts. Reporting to the Factory Manager, your role includes overseeing production, maintaining health and safety standards, ensuring color accuracy, and collaborating with production teams and engineers to meet production schedules. Handling production issues and addressing personnel challenges are also key aspects of this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise manufacturing activities during the weekend shifts (Friday to Monday, 12-hour shifts).
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain color quality standards.
- Collaborate with production crews and engineering teams to achieve production targets.
- Resolve production-related challenges promptly and effectively.
- Cover Factory Manager's holidays (Monday to Friday) when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Web Offset printing experience (advantageous).
- Operational or Production Management or supervisory experience (advantageous).
- Continuous improvement training and experience (advantageous).
- IOSH trained and certified (advantageous).

**Work Schedule**:

- Average 40 hours per week Friday - 6.00 am to 18.00 pm

Saturday - 6.00 am to 18.00 pm
Sunday - 6.00 am to 18.00 pm
Monday - 6.00 am to 10.00 am
