Our client is one of the country's largest print facilities, they are seeking seeking a Weekend production supervisor to join our dynamic team. Located in the picturesque town of Roche, Cornwall, our state-of-the-art facility is at the forefront of the printing industry. We are committed to excellence in quality and customer satisfaction.

**Role Description**:
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes during the weekend shifts. Reporting to the Factory Manager, this role involves overseeing production, maintaining health and safety standards, ensuring color accuracy, and collaborating with production teams and engineers to meet production schedules. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling any production issues and addressing personnel challenges as they arise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise manufacturing activities during the weekend shifts (Friday to Monday, 12-hour shifts).
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain color quality standards.
- Collaborate with production crews and engineering teams to achieve production targets.
- Resolve production-related challenges promptly and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Web Offset printing experience (advantageous).
- Operational or Production Management or supervisory experience (advantageous).
- Continuous improvement training and experience (advantageous).
- IOSH trained and certified (advantageous).
