**Job Title**: Social Media Content Creator (Part-Time)

**Location**: Healing Manor Hotel & The Pig & Whistle, Lincolnshire, UK

**Hours**: 12 hours per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and produce visually captivating content, including videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with management and team members to capture authentic moments, behind-the-scenes footage, and customer interactions.
- Develop creative concepts to showcase the unique offerings of Healing Manor Hotel and The Pig & Whistle, including food, drinks, events, and accommodations.
- Conduct extensive research to identify emerging trends and analyze user data to enhance content performance and optimize strategy.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and actively engage with the audience to foster community interaction and brand loyalty.
- Implement strategies to grow followership and engagement across social media platforms, leveraging insights to drive results.
- Monitor trends and insights to optimise content strategy and drive brand awareness.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, representing the brand voice effectively.
- Assist in the organisation and promotion of special events and promotions through visual storytelling on social media platforms.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in creating content for TikTok and Instagram, with a portfolio showcasing engaging and visually appealing work (preferable, but not essential)
- Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written, visual and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and adapt to dynamic priorities.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand representation.
- Familiarity with photography and basic editing skills.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Must be reliable, proactive, and self-motivated.
