About the job

The Visual Merchandising Coordinator plays a key role in overseeing the Visual Merchandising Briefing Tracker, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and actively participating in the creation and submission of visual merchandising briefs for new launches and promotional activities. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

- Manage VM orders, dispatch, tracking and budget for all POSM needed for in store layout, window displays and promotion.
- Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of POS data held in Head office for all SR stores and IR POP’s and uses this to ensure correct POS requirements are fulfilled.
- Ensure that all materials are sent within the timeframe needed to store to ensure a smooth execution.
- Proposes POS plan to Head of Marketing for sign off for each campaign and promotion/Sale 2 -3 months ahead of implementation date.
- Know and understand the Visual Merchandising schedule for the year ahead in order to plan ahead and anticipate what is needed.
- Ensure a smooth execution of the different campaign by checking via the VM desk tools that all stores are compliant and support them when needed.
- Regular communication and liaison with stores, suppliers and key stakeholders.
- Responsible for ordering all POS for new stores and POP’s and ensuring this arrives in a timely manner in line with the POP ORC process.
- Responsibility for the POS budget for the cluster.

About you

- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role within a fast paced and luxury fashion retail environment.
- Excellent PC skills, including MS office, Excel (intermediate to advanced)
- Agile and commercially driven mindset with ability to plan effectively.
- Strong organisational skills
- Confident at communicating at all levels within the business.
