We are seeking new team members for the Newport area. We have clients waiting to be placed with permanent team members.

Are you kind and compassionate and have time to give - from a few hours a week to full time? Daytimes, evenings, weekends - we have a job to do and people need us to care.

Benefits of working with us:
All visits are 1 hour or more (we do not do pop in and out visits). Tasks range from washing and dressing, medication, cooking, companionship, home help and community visits. There's nothing we do not do Even shopping and activities.

Set clients (you know where you are going and build strong bonds and really get to know the clients).

Pay £12 per hour weekdays/£12.50 weekends,/£22 bank holidays PLUS travel time and mileage (who knew that was a thing - it is with us)

Two weekly pay

Annual increase to hourly rate

No uniform - (be yourself)

Inhouse training - did we tell you we pay you for attending for all training? Fun sessions with laughter and support.

Team events (yes, you are worth it)

Team meetings (we pay you to attend these) and always have cake

Contracted hours or zero hours (a few hours a week up to full time - the choice is yours).
