Are you a talented **HR Team Assistant**, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you can provide efficient administration and logistics support of recruitment to the HR team.? If so then you could be perfect for my client,a thinktank based in London, which seeks to implement ideas for social action.

This is an immediate temp to perm opportunity, ASAP start. It will be hybrid working with 3 days in the office near Marble Arch Station (W1H)

**The Role**:In this temporary **HR Team Assistant** role you'll report to the HR Manager and will be primarily responsible for supporting with every day running of the service. Specific tasks include:

- Support the efficient administration of all Employee life-cycle processes including carry out pre-employment checks.
- Collecting references for successful applicants.
- Process the onboarding of new starters including overseeing collation of required. documents and preparing contracts.
- Creating and amending any relevant HR documents.
- Maintain an up-to-date folder of recruitment resources and proactively share to managers.
- Coordinate starter and leaver processes and paperwork electronically.

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

- Undertaking administrative duties.
- Strong focus on customer service experience
- Having prior HR experience would be an advantage.
- Experience of developing good working relationships with colleagues or customers.
- Experience of using a human resources database or other type of database to input data and produce documents.
- Has good attention to detail, takes pride in their work.
