An excellent opportunity has arisen at a law firm based in the city of London for a junior legal secretary / legal administrator.

**The Company**

The law firm is mid size with approximately 300 employees and has beautiful offices based near Chancery Lane and City Thameslink stations.

**The Team**

You will be joining the real estate team who assist with the buying and selling of multimillion pound properties. It is a small team of three people and you will work closely with the experienced legal secretary. The team are really supportive and friendly and will make you feel very welcome.

**The Role**

The junior legal secretary / legal administrator can look forward to a varied role including:

- Scanning
- Filing
- Answering and making phone calls
- Creating spreadsheets
- Drafting engagement letters
- Diary management
- Booking restaurants, hotels and international business trips
- Opening files
- Creating and processing expenses and invoices
- Minute taking

**The Requirements**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
