Location: Avonmouth 3 days a week - Free on site parking**

The Application Support Analyst provides expert knowledge, co-ordination and focus to our programme delivery and IT operational efforts. Ultimately, the role is accountable for ensuring our systems are supported and evolve in line with business demand. Thisis a key role within our Service team. Working alongside Infrastructure, Development, and wider Business Change team, our Application Support Analyst role will focus on supporting BAU activities, whilst helping shape & define improvements from the softwareused by retail staff through to backend financial systems. As such, the team covers a mix of technology experience.

**What will I be doing as an Application Support Analyst?**
- Testing and implementation of approved patches / updates in accordance with Change Control management
- Ownership, progression and resolution of both service requests and incidents within agreed SLA, liaising with software vendors where applicable
- Work with 3rd party service providers to discuss enhancements, solutions and resolve incidents within SLA

**What are we looking for in an Application Support Analyst?**
- Application Support Analyst with experience of ERP, CRM and Accounting Applications
- Office 365 suite - Intermediate level
- Intermediate SQL Query experience
- Excellent Customer Service & communication skills
- Basic workflow experience
- Knowledge of Business Process Management
- Able to priorities work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
- Understanding of networking, IIS.NET and infrastructure principles
- ITIL Foundation certification highly desirable
