**Summary**

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our National Distribution Center’s team in Northampton.

You will be managing orders for hospitals, customers’ complaints, but also build strong relationships within the company.

We offer a permanent full-time contract, working hours are 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, then 9:30 am - 17:30 pm Monday's to Thursdays (on weekly rotation) and 9:00 am - 5:00 pm on Friday's.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Be responsible for the processing of customer orders for hospitals
- Manage customer queries and complaints ensuring a win-win solution for Baxter and the customer
- Create partnership with other departments to support product distribution
- Actively contribute to the delivery of service excellence to Baxter’s customers and patients
