As Head of Analytics, you will build, define, and push the boundaries of how they understand and drive the overall Paid Acquisition strategy and provide critical insights into the state and trend of the business that enable better decision making and driveimpact.

You will build strong relationships with all key business stakeholders including the Executive Team, Product leadership, Marketing, Data, etc, providing recommendations and business insights. You and your team will set the standard for outstanding, holisticbusiness insights and reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set-up and develop the Marketing Analytics function - create and improve current processes and set up the organizational structure
- Work very closely with other Marketing Heads with a strong focus on collaboration with the User Acquisition team
- Work closely with the data team to set up a flawless tech stack, including attribution and customer re-engagement frameworks, customer LTV forecasting, incrementality measurement & brand tracking.
- Own marketing data testing methods to heavily influence marketing programs
- Identify opportunities for growth, influence key stakeholders and drive initiatives to a successful outcome
- Create insightful and meaningful BI/data visualizations & reports and maintain automated reporting
- Be relentless in converting a huge amount of data into actionable insights

**Experience/Knowledge**:

- 8+ years experience in Marketing Analytic roles, both as an individual contributor and leading teams
- Knowledge in user acquisition, including but not limited to the optimization types, how algorithms work, difference between channels, correlation between different KPI's etc.
