Senior Marketing and Communications Executive

Job Introduction
**We are excited to be recruiting for Senior Marketing and Communications Executive for our client in Milton Keynes.** The overall purpose of the role is to help bring to life our shared commitment: - ‘_Creating exceptional experience for tenants, stakeholders and the local community_.
Our Client is a large customer-focused bank who prides themselves on serving their customers through digital channels, alongside a network of branches and Corporate Business Centres.
The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop close working relations with all key stakeholders, tenants, and partners to produce annual communications plans
- To manage a multi-faceted approach to the planning and management, to strengthen the link between public visitors, in-building occupants and employees
- Assist the marketing team to ensure all campaigns are executed to the highest standards and excellent communications are maintained with all stakeholders and associates
- Implement all tactical communication activities, offering guidance, support and expertise to ensure communications are well executed.
- Develop compelling communications campaigns that will attract new audiences and C&E opportunities,
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in creating a destination brand.
- Good understanding of the events market.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Tactical and strategic planning plus delivery skills and experiences of a similar nature.
- A self-starter. Excited about food, service and people and has their finger on the pulse of what is current and trending.
- Able to build partnership relationships quickly with colleagues and clients.
- Able to drive change with effective project and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, pragmatic, and commercial approach.
