Set in over 40 acres of Lincolnshire countryside the business also boasts a choice of two caravan parks and our new exciting short stay holiday park which also includes our new specially designed Gold standard luxury lodges.
Due to our continued success we are now looking for Food & Beverage Supervisors.
**About the Role**
As part of our F&B team you will work to ensure a top-quality food & drink service and all health and hygiene practices are adhered to.
The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Supporting the F&B manager by being the eyes and ears of the department.
- Ensure the H&S of the team and customers is being maintained.
- Carry out administrative duties as needed. These include, but are not limited to, Payroll, H&S, Rota planning, order placing, daily reports and any other tasks requested by the F&B Manager.
- Ensure the venues are set up to the required standards, opening and closing checks are followed and highlight changes as needed.
- Perform stock checks as needed.
- Always maintain strict business confidentiality & act appropriately and professionally whilst on duty.
- Other tasks as required.
With support from the F&B manager you will help build our growing department. You will oversee multiple F&B outlets with further investment in the department this an exciting time.
This is a great opportunity to get into our team here at Fantasy Island. This role includes weekend, bank holiday, evening and morning shifts. Our business hours for food service are varied to match our theme park operations.
**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial - but we’re all about the can do This role would suit an enthusiastic, positive person with a can-do, hardworking attitude. just show us what you have.
