**About The Right Loan**

We are a family run business based in the heart of Knowle, with a team of nationwide advisers. Here at The Right Loan, we provide homeowner loan _(also known as a secured loan)_ and bridging loan advice. The advice we provide to our customers is tailored to their individual needs and we work hard to search the market to find the right loan for them.

The role itself would suit a performance driven individual, who is adaptable, enthusiastic, is able to take accountability for their targets and is passionate about providing excellent customer service and the right outcomes for our customers.

**Requirements of a Secured Loan Adviser**
- Must be CeMAP qualified.
- You should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience carrying out a similar role.
- Strong product knowledge on second charge mortgages and secured loans is essential.
- Previous experience of supporting customers through the whole process, from initial enquiry stage to income received.
- Strong knowledge on lenders criteria and the products they offer.
- Must have a strong understanding of FCA regulation and the ability to carry out processes in a compliant manner.
- Ability to adapt to changes within the Financial Services industry.
- Must be target driven.
- You must have excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- The ability to analyse information with a view to making informed decisions
- Competent on Microsoft office suite i.e., excel, word etc.

**Responsibilities of a Secured Loan Adviser**
- To complete fact finds with customers, assessing their needs and circumstances.
- Provide expert advice on second charge mortgages and secured loans.
- Source products for customers from our panel of lenders demonstrating strong knowledge on lender products and criteria.
- To continuously keep up to date with industry regulations and lender criteria to be able to provide guidance to customers.
- To ensure customers are kept informed throughout the process.
- To meet/exceed sales targets and KPI’s whilst providing a high level of customer service.

**Salary of a Secured Loan Adviser**

£25,000 - £28,000 per annum dependant plus competitive bonus structure.

Please note: to receive the higher salary banding you must have 2 years previous experience carrying out the same role.

**Working pattern of a Secured Loan Adviser**
- Monday - Friday
- 9am - 5pm

**Location of a Secured Loan Adviser**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
