A specialist residential school in Cherwell for students aged 11 to 19 with autism are looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join their fast growing team of Occupational Therapists, Clinical Psychologists and Speech & Language Therapists in a full-timeposition.

As a Clinical Psychologist, your main duties will include providing psychological support to the students all of who have a range of autism spectrum conditions. You will be in charge of carrying out formal and informal assessments of the students, as wellas helping to train the staff and parents to enhance the wellbeing of the pupils.

The successful Clinical Psychologist will
- **Carry out assessments of the students**:

- **Liaise with staff and parents**:

- **Develop and deliver individual/group interventions with the students**:

- **Write reports for and attend Annual Review meetings**:

- **Work some time out of school hours to support residential staff**

There is an opportunity for service development and research to discuss with the leadership team. Other benefits include regular supervision and CPD opportunities, generous holiday pay (13 weeks paid holiday to be taken in school holidays) and a fantasticpension scheme.
