Join us as a Customer Communications & Literature Lead
- Take on a leading role as you provide effective customer communication strategy definition and execution across the product delivery and sales teams in the bank
- You’ll be using competitor and customer feedback to lead a team to produce clear and concise customer literature and communications
- We’ll look to you to help define future, digital first customer communication strategy, demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset
- We're offering this role for a period of eight months

**What you'll do**:
In this key role, you’ll lead a team who create and oversee the project and product led customer communication and literature deliverables.

In addition, you’ll be:

- Implementing improvements to the way we communicate with our customers
- Creating communications and literature in line with the business strategy that will appeal to clients based on their interests, needs and circumstances
- Collaborating with our central marketing function and digital team to make sure all content is in line with our integrated marketing strategy
- Building relationships with key business stakeholders

**The skills you'll need**:
To join us in this role, we’re looking for a strategic and creative person. You’ll have excellent networking skills and an understanding of customer communications strategy and delivery, both physical and digital.

You’ll also demonstrate:

- The ability to influence key stakeholders across strategic, operational and delivery functions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
