**About M Group Services Plant and Fleet and your team**
With 8 depots across the UK, M Group Services Plant & Fleet Solutions provide innovative plant and fleet asset management solutions across M Group Services. We provide our business with more than **9,000 **vehicles and over **25,000** owned or externally hired plant assets.
Our team has grown rapidly and we are responsible for the supply and management of specialist equipment and vehicles, supplying the Water, Energy, Transport, Data and Telecommunication sectors.
As the Damage Administrator you will be responsible for the administration of all damage recharges and tyre provision for Plant & Fleet Solutions.

**As the Damage Administrator, you’ll get the opportunity to**:
- Process all damage recharges from receipt of notification from either internal resource or external provider through to issue of invoice.
- Ensure that all damage SLA's are adhered to including notification, query/dispute resolution and invoice.
- Provide MI data monthly to include total recharges per client and damage types.
- To check and process the daily reports received from the tyre provider and raise damage notifications and recharge invoices where required.
- Reconcile the monthly tyre supplier invoice against the weekly tyre reports prior to passing to finance team for payment.
- Update IT systems with information as required including Key2 and Insphire.
- Provide additional administrative support to the operational team as required.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Strong administrative experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT and systems skills, excel and word essential.
- Flexible approach to working with a can do work ethic.
- Fleet experience desirable but not essential.
