The Opportunity**
Owner Managed, growth SME (circa £25m turnover) have a requirement for an experienced Credit Controller to join their friendly team.

You will join a modern thinking, finance function, and take responsibility for the credit control function, driving efficiencies and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
This company are ambitious, down to earth and offer plenty of scope for someone who is keen to develop their career in a supportive and progressive environment.

**The remit will involve**

All aspects of credit control including:

- Credit checking new customers
- Chasing down and reducing debt
- Maintaining strong customer relationships
- Main point of contact for customer account enquiries
- Allocating payments
- Producing and monitoring overdue account reports for review
- Releasing customer orders
- Ensuring strong end to end processes are in place and maintained
- Arranging necessary invoice financing requirements & associated reporting

**The business requires**As Credit Controller you should have:

- Extensive credit control experience within a fast-paced environment
- A pro-active approach to dealing with problem solving
- Strong communication style
- Great IT skills
- Confidence in chasing overdue debtors while maintaining professional relationships
- The ability to work autonomously
- Enthusiasm for continuous improvement
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise own workload
