We have an opportunity in our Customer Services team for a fixed term maternity cover Senior Customer Services Coordinator. This role will supervise the team of Customer Service Co-ordinators to ensure a high standard of customer service is provided to our customers.

To be successful in this role you will have worked in a similar Customer Services position, leading & coaching a team, with excellent administration, organisational and communication skills.

**This is where you come in**

The Senior Customer Services Coordinator will provide team leadership and support in the day-to-day activities of the department.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting 121 meetings, PDRs and development/training to the team, to allow continued development.
- Ensuring the department captures, enters and processes customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Overseeing the management of allocated accounts and communication of deviations from forecast demand (internally and externally)
- Ensuring customers are liaised with on all aspects of the order and delivery process, e.g.delivery dates & times, pricing, stock availability, service level data, credits and debits.
- Drive the nurturing of relationships with retailer stock control contacts to improve service and reduce cost to serve.
- Providing the business reports when required, timely and accurately, analysingroute cause when required
- Ensuring key department Service Level Agreements are met

**About you**
- Experience of leading and inspiring teams in a Customer Service environment.
- Effective communicator who can articulate clearly across all levels across the business.
- Strong analytical & organisationalskills and able to hit deadlines.
- Able to influence internal and external senior stakeholders.
- Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Previous use of a SAP ERP System or equivalent in an ordering & stock environment.
