We are assisting with the recruitment for a Customer Success Specialist on behalf of one of the UKs leading UK Technology Service Providers based in Oxford.

You will be responsible for delivering value to clients through tactical success activities. With a sound understanding of our portfolio, the Client Success Specialist ensures that we deliver on our purpose, by bridging the gap between technical success and our client’s vision for transformation.

Job Title: Customer Success Specialist

**Salary**: Upto £35,000 + Bonus

Industry: Technology Service Providers

The Client Success Specialist will:

- Develop and demonstrate an understand of technology and articulate its value
- Proactively identify and build relationships
- Track and improve client health
- Proactively identify and escalate potential risk
- Support client onboarding and adoption activities across different technologies
- Compile and deliver adoption reports
- Facilitate client reviews
- Identify cross and upsell opportunities and introduce relevant teams
- Deliver product training

If you have experience working in a Customer Success, Account Management, Service Management or other customer service delivery function then this may be a great fit for you.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
