**Full Time**
Healthcare Homes are recruiting for a full-time Regional Maintenance operative to join our team. This role will support our homes in the South region. Due to the nature of this role you will need a valid driving licence and access to your own car.
The quality and appearance of our care homes create the first impression for visitors and are a source of enjoyment and immense pleasure for our residents and their families. Our Maintenance Teams take huge pride in maintaining our buildings to the highest possible standards.
Overseeing the upkeep of our home including painting, decorating, repairs and basic plumbing and electrical work you will play a key role in always keeping our residents safe and comfortable.
Previous experience within gardening, decorating and basic plumbing and electrical work is required for this role.
This role will be covering homes in the following areas - Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Bristol, Dorset, Sussex, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, Oxford and Wiltshire. Due to the location of the homes this can include extensive travel and overnight stays - access to your own vehicle will be needed.
