Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor to join our team at The Club Company. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clubhouse facilities, including buildings, surroundings, and equipment.
Your primary focus will be on maintaining all equipment and machinery in good working order, ensuring maximum efficiency and output. This includes conducting total preventative maintenance and managing breakdowns promptly.
A competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, plus benefits, is offered to the successful candidate.
Responsibilities- Maintain all clubhouse facilities, including buildings, surroundings, and equipment
- Conduct total preventative maintenance and manage breakdowns
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are in good working order and running efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall operations
- Strong background in facilities management or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and teamwork skills
