**Legal Secretary / Paralegal**
A dynamic established firm based in Belfast BT1 6EA is recruiting a full time Legal Secretary or Paralegal for their Family Law department.
The job involves working for a partner in the Family Law Department. The work is varied and fast-paced. You will be expected to -- Answer and make calls to and from clients, barristers, solicitors and experts
- Type dictation
- Arrange appointments
- Submit information onto the Legal Aid system
- prepare briefs for counsel.
- Must have experience of family work
- Must be skilled in dealing with clients and providing excellent client care
- Must be skilled in IT and data inputting.
- Experience with LAMS would be beneficial.
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure.

**Salary**
- Competitive Salary DOE

**Working Hours**
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
