**Job description**

We are looking for two new members of staff who will have specalised roles alongside general office tasks.

Roles as follows;
Maintenance role;
- Arrangement and organisation of all property maintenance for a large managed base of properties.

Property lettings consultant;
- Role will include day to day dealings of viewings, inspections, inventories and check out procedures. (Will require full UK driving license & company pool car will be provided for office hours)
- Full UK driving license.
- A good knowledge of computers and their software (EG. Microsoft word, excel, etc.).
- Some customer experience would be useful.
- A local knowledge of the area would also be an advantage.

- No

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Poulton le Fylde FY6 7AA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
