Mantons Estate Agents are a forward thinking independent company that have been operating in Luton & surrounding villages for the past seven years. We are looking for a sales negotiator/property professional with the right attitude, dedication & willingness to succeed. This position will lead to bigger & better roles within the company as we look to expand the business.

The role will include; Assisting clients find a suitable property to buy or rent, conducting viewings, listening & understanding clients needs & requirements. Generating new leads for valuations & mortgage referrals, negotiating offers & providing the customer an experience they will not forget.

Sales experience, ideally within Estate Agency is preferred yet not essential. Driving licence & vehicle is a must.

**Salary**: £20,000.00 to £24,000.00 depending on experience. OTE £30,000+

Commission structure, mileage allowance & pension scheme to be discussed at interview stage.
