Role: Senior Account Manager

Our Client

Our client is a B-Corp-certified company providing translation and localisation services. They have been in business for over 40 years and are the trusted translation partner for clients and brands across the globe. Their portfolio is rapidly expanding and they are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their friendly international team in Lemington Spa, UK.

The Role

As a Senior Account Manager you will be working in a client-facing role managing your own diverse portfolio of current key clients with plenty of opportunity to grow and develop existing relationships while bringing new business onboard too. Cross selling and upselling of a wide range of translation services is important in this role. Besides this you will respond to all new enquiries from clients within your assigned portfolio and make proactive recommendations to enhance project outcomes. Listening to your clients needs, gaining an in-depth understanding of your client requirements by comprehensive questioning will help you to identify bespoke solutions to reach project goals.The job would also include line management responsibilities where you will manage and mentor more junior members of the team.

This is a very interesting role that suits someone who is very experienced in the translation industry who has previous experienec in managing a high volume and complexity of accounts.

**Requirements**:
What we are looking for:
Previous experience working in a client facing, B2B services environment

Relevant industry experience is a must

Previous account management experience

Strong commercial focus and target driven

Previous experience in managing or coaching staff

Strong communication in English both written and verbal

Additional language skills a plus but not required

Strong computer skills

Results focused with attention to detail

Resourceful, proactive and able to act on initiative
