Description
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, budgeting, overseeing, and documenting all aspects of assigned projects. The Project Manager may work closely with upper management to make sure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as working with other departments for project support. The Project Manager must be located in the UK, Germany or Switzerland.
**Requirements**:
Client facing with 5 years as SaaS PM, with at least 12 months on International projects.
Develop trackable comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate with various managers, technical personnel and third-party vendors during all project phases

Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Lead in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Assist in ensuring

resource availability and allocation

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Will manage project financial tracking and reporting through company systems

Create customer monthly and milestone invoicing while working with accounting

Regularly report on project status and escalate issues to management as needed

Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Work with leadership to update contract language and terms and work with customers regarding various terms and conditions

Ability to manage tier one customers, typically over $1 million USD system implementations

Ability to work independently and with project implementation teams

Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
