Raymond James Caravans is a busy dealership based in the Midlands selling new and used caravans, shop accessories and awnings. We also provide servicing and perform warranty and insurance work.

**Caravan Handover**

Description of Role

A successful applicant will be required to carry out a full demonstration with the customer, identifying and explaining all on board controls and functions of a caravan. The handing over of the vehicle will be customer facing so understanding and enthusiasm for total customer satisfaction is paramount. A natural ability to converse with customers on all levels, whether they are a first time caravaner with little or no experience or a customer that has a wealth of experience, the end result must be the same. It is extremely important that they drive away with a full understanding of the workings of their caravan.

**Caravan Appraisal**

Description of Role

A successful applicant will be required to check new and used caravans when they come into stock and perform a full appraisal of the vehicle. On new caravans the issues found will need to be photographed and then communicated to the correct department. When a used vehicle is potentially coming into stock in part exchange, you will be required to give the vehicle a full appraisal. If any issues are found with the part exchange you may need to show these to the customer. A successful applicant needs to do have a great manner with customers.

This role is full time working 5 days a week including working Saturday’s (9am-5:30pm). A successful applicant will also perform various other roles when not carrying our appraisals, some of these include:

- Controlling traffic on the site
- Maintaining a high level of presentation on new and used stock
- Keeping the facilities clean and tidy
- Caravan Moving and set up
- Show Room organisation and cleaning.

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
