An exciting new role for a full time Treatment Coordinator has opened up within the practice.

We are looking for a person who is:
A self-starter who can prioritise their own workload to maximise private revenue

Excellent customer service skills developed in a customer focussed organisation

Experience of coaching and training colleagues

Able to build strong relationships with the practice team and external parties i.e. referring clinicians

Demonstrates flexibility

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to use IT and operate computer based systems

Demonstrates a passion for delivering excellent commercial results

**As a sales & marketing treatment co-ordinator, your role will include**:

- Attracting and managing enquiries from patients through digital marketing, social media and events
- Tracking and monitoring the success of marketing activities
- Delivering the best patient journey and managing the end-to-end treatment
- Helping patients understand all private dental treatment options available to them
- Working closely with our clinicians to help growth their private patient portfolio

Experience working in dentistry, particularly with Oral Surgery and/ or Endodontics is prefered but not essential.

Full time 37 hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
